Employment Relations

111 Nil Ltd has employment advocates who are either qualified legal professionals or business management experts who can represent you in your workplace through to employment court if necessary. We represent employers and employees. We believe everyone deserves access to justice and fair representation. 


Employers

We can assist employers with advice on following proper processes for dismissals and performance management and act as your employer advocate. Support you with employment contracts and assist in keeping up-to-date employment clauses when circumstances dictate, or simply be a neutral voice for you and  your valued staff as a reconciler when communication breaks down.

Unfair dismissals

Were you fired or “let go”? Talk to us as your employee advocate to determine whether you have a claim. We will check whether fair process was followed, was the dismissal due to discrimination or any other unlawful reason which would result in a negotiation for compensation. 


Disciplinary Meeting

Have you been called for a disciplinary meeting or investigation? We can prepare you for the meeting and attend with you as a support person to ensure your employer follows correct processes and does not cross-examine you, resulting in intimidation, confusion or duress and answering incorrectly.


Exit Packages

Do you believe that your employer may be open to an agreed solution of an exit package due to a relationship breakdown between you and your employer? We may be able to negotiate an exit package for you.


Other

We offer a wide range of employment advocate assistance to provide you with support for employment related matters such as workplace bullying and unfair deductions from your remuneration, along with assistance relating to redundancies and personal grievance if you employer has not acted fairly.
